There are more than this handful of books that have influenced me and my work as a therapist: from On Becoming a Person <\/em>by Carl Rogers to In an Unspoken Voice<\/em> by Peter Levine. It is impossible to list them all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5361\u5c14\u00b7\u7f57\u6770\u65af\u7684\u300a\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u300b\u8fd8\u662f\u76ae\u7279\u00b7\u83b1\u6587\u7684\u300a\u8eab\u4f53\u521b\u4f24\u6108\u7597\u4e4b\u9053\u300b\uff0c\u5bf9\u6211\u548c\u6211\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u54a8\u8be2\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ea7\u751f\u6df1\u8fdc\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u4e66\u6570\u4e0d\u80dc\u6570\uff0c\u4e0d\u80dc\u5217\u4e3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I have for you here is not a collection on “how to’s”; instead, they are what I, as a fellow traveler on this long flexuous road of life, have found refuge in during moments of chaos, uncertainty, and confusion in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6b64\u5904\u6240\u6c47\u96c6\u7684\u5e76\u975e\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u5fc3\u7406\u75c7\u72b6\u7684\u201c\u5341\u4e07\u4e2a\u600e\u4e48\u529e\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6211\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6f2b\u6f2b\u4eba\u751f\u8def\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u540c\u65c5\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u611f\u5230\u4e16\u4e8b\u6df7\u6c8c\u65e0\u5e38\uff0c\u5fc3\u4e2d\u8ff7\u60d1\u82e6\u95f7\u65f6\uff0c\u66fe\u83b7\u53d6\u7684\u5fc3\u7075\u9988\u8d60\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These books share something in common: they are fairly easy to read, compared to Gestalt Therapy<\/em> by Perls, Hefferline, and Goodman or Body Keeps the Score<\/em> by Bessel van der Kolk; however, this does not imply that they are easy to comprehend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e66\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5171\u540c\u4e4b\u5904\uff1a\u76f8\u8f83\u4e8e\u76ae\u5c14\u65af\u3001\u54c8\u4f5b\u6797\u3001\u53e4\u5fb7\u66fc\u5408\u8457\u7684\u300a\u683c\u5f0f\u5854\u7597\u6cd5\u300b\u6216\u662f\u8303\u5fb7\u8003\u514b\u7684\u300a\u8eab\u4f53\u4ece\u672a\u5fd8\u8bb0\u300b\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u201c\u5927\u90e8\u5934\u201d\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e66\u7b97\u662f\u6bd4\u8f83\u201c\u6613\u8bfb\u201d\u7684\uff1b\u4f46\u8fd9\u5e76\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ed6\u4eec\u201c\u6613\u61c2\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s interesting about these books is that each time I read them I believe I understand what they are trying to convey; yet each time I re-read them, they feel like brand new books again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e66\u7684\u6709\u8da3\u4e4b\u5904\u5728\u4e8e\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u6367\u8d77\u6211\u90fd\u81ea\u4ee5\u4e3a\u61c2\u5f97\u4e86\u4e66\u4e2d\u7684\u5965\u5999\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b21\u5b83\u4eec\u53c8\u4eff\u82e5\u662f\u5d2d\u65b0\u672a\u77e5\u7684\u8457\u4f5c\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each book, I have selected a quote that resonates with me the most as a sneak peek. My hope is that in this collection you will find something that speaks to you, that offers a firm hand if you need a lift, or that shed some light on a dim corner of you psyche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u81ea\u6bcf\u672c\u4e66\u4e2d\u9009\u62e9\u4e86\u6700\u4e0e\u6211\u4ea7\u751f\u5171\u9e23\u7684\u8bed\u53e5\u6bb5\u843d\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u201c\u4ecb\u7ecd\u201d\u3002\u6211\u5e0c\u671b\u4f60\u80fd\u5728\u6b64\u4e66\u5355\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u5171\u540c\u8bed\u8a00\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u80fd\u591f\u652f\u6301\u4f60\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u70b9\u4eae\u4f60\u5fc3\u91cc\u672a\u77e5\u89d2\u843d\u7684\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
